Your role is crucial in enhancing our reach and attracting talented individuals to our diverse range of graduate programmes.1.
Develop and Implement Marketing StrategiesLocal and SEA Focus: Design and execute tailored marketing strategies to attract local and Southeast Asian students for our full-time, part-time, and stackable courses and programmes.Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to understand student preferences and trends in the local and SEA regions, adapting strategies accordingly.Digital Campaigns: Utilize digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to engage potential students and drive enrolment.2.
Manage Recruitment ActivitiesOversee partnerships with media agencies to ensure effective advertising and promotional campaigns.Organize and manage student recruitment events such as preview talks, webinars, and open houses.Lead Conversion: Follow up on student inquiries, guiding them through the application process to ensure successful enrolment.3.
Corporate EngagementEmployer Partnerships: Engage with corporate organizations to promote stackable programmes and secure sponsorships or scholarships for potential students.4.
Budget ManagementFinancial Planning: Propose and manage budgets for recruitment activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve application targets.Performance Reporting: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, adjusting plans as necessary to meet goals.QualificationsDegree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with at least 10 years of experience in sales and marketing within postgraduate education, with a focus on student recruitment in the Singapore and SEA markets.Skills:Strong written and oral communication skills, with a proven ability to deliver engaging presentations.Excellent interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team.Deep understanding of the postgraduate student recruitment landscape in Singapore and SEA regions.Proficiency in digital marketing and social media strategies.
