Senior Manager Financial Crime Controls and Oversight Competitive salary + 10% superannuation + range of leading employee benefits Hybrid role + centrally located offices in Britomart + WFH available Highly visible leadership role The Senior Manager, Financial Crime Controls and Oversights is a key leadership role within the Financial Crime Compliance team, with a primary focus of overseeing the implementation, operation and continuous improvement of sustainable and robust financial crime systems to ensure that Westpac NZ continues to meet its regulatory obligations and protect its customers and shareholders.
In this role, you will lead a team of Technical Monitoring and Reporting Manager/Analysts.
Reporting directly to the Head of Financial Crime Compliance, you will share responsibility to develop a best-in-class service culture across the team.
You will develop effective collaboration and key relationships with broader financial crime risk, operations and business line-1 risk teams and partner with business units to develop and maintain procedures and documents to comply with financial crime policy.
Flexibility is key – work from our centrally located Auckland Britomart office and hybrid work from home available 2-3 days per week.
