Key Responsibilities: Financial Management and Accounting: Preparation and presentation management and financial accounts on timely basis. Produce financial projections and detailed analyses to support strategic planning. Systems and Compliance: Develop, implement and improve accounting and operational systems to enhance efficiency. Establish and maintain comprehensive policies, procedures, and internal controls. Ensure compliance with legislative requirements by filing financial returns and reports. Internal Controls and Systems: Support to design, implement, and ensure compliance with internal control systems to safeguard the Group's assets. Continuously assess and improve internal controls, addressing any identified gaps or weaknesses. Identify and manage business needs for IT, systems, and automation processes. Support the management of the business risk assessment process, ensuring risks are documented and mitigated. Report on overall risk landscape and suggest measures to reduce potential risks. Strategic Support: Conduct financial analysis and feasibility studies for strategic initiatives. Review existing projects for value-for-money and provide actionable recommendations. Budgeting and Planning: Lead annual budgeting, financial forecasting, and business planning processes. Monitor performance against targets/KPIs and initiate corrective actions as needed. Develop reliable cash flow projection processes to meet operating needs. Tax and Compliance: Support tax planning and ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations. Coordinate with Tax Consultants for notices, audits, and submission of tax returns/documents. Qualifications and Skills: A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A professional accounting qualification (e.g., CA, CPA) is highly desirable. Experience of 3-5 years, preferably in financial services. Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with accounting systems. Self-disciplined and self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Highly execution-oriented with a focus on delivering quality and high-level performance. Reliable and able to follow instructions meticulously. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to support decisions making process. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.
