Job DescriptionDuties & ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage operations of campus facilities, including site inspections, meetings, coordination with stakeholders and contractors.Process administrative processes in the Facilities Management System to ensure they are completed in a timely manner.Track and analyze operations data, such as utilities and equipment performance, in support of sustainability initiatives.Explore and implement projects related to digitization of building operations.Plan and manage daily operations as assigned by Reporting Manager.Qualifications:Relevant Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or Estate Management.Minimum 10 years of Facilities Management or related experience.Preferred Knowledge / Skills:Attended/ Green Mark Accredited Professional (Facilities Management)Attended/ Certified Fire Safety ManagerAttended/ Certified Project ManagerAttended/ Certified Workplace Safety ManagementExperience with Building Management Systems / Computerized Maintenance Management SystemCompetent in MS Office applications.More InformationLocation: Kent Ridge CampusOrganization: University Campus InfrastructureDepartment: Campus Asset ManagementEmployee Referral Eligible: YesJob Requisition ID: 21459
