The Role Helping to support clients and evaluate investment opportunitiesAssist in structuring and executing transactionsPreparing high-quality financial models and additional quantitative analysisStrategic, commercial and investment decisioning for a range of public and private sector clientsSignificant client interaction, building and maintaining relationshipsAbout You Ideally previous M & A and financial modelling experience, at least five yearsEnthusiasm for developing solutions to complex strategic, commercial and financial issues across a range of sectorsPassionate and motivated by a deals environmentYou could possibly be seeking to transition from Equity Research or Inhouse Corporate Strategy where your modelling skills have been put to the testThe ability to work independently but also able to collaborate effectively with your team with a high level of self-motivation, energy and driveThis firm offers bespoke learning pathways for all employees and career prospects are outstanding.
