Senior Manager | Associate Director, M & A

The Role Helping to support clients and evaluate investment opportunities Assist in structuring and executing transactions Preparing high-quality financial models and additional quantitative analysis Strategic, commercial and investment decisioning for a range of public and private sector clients Significant client interaction, building and maintaining relationships About You Ideally previous M & A and financial modelling experience, at least five years Enthusiasm for developing solutions to complex strategic, commercial and financial issues across a range of sectors Passionate and motivated by a deals environment You could possibly be seeking to transition from Equity Research or Inhouse Corporate Strategy where your modelling skills have been put to the test The ability to work independently but also able to collaborate effectively with your team with a high level of self-motivation, energy and drive This firm offers bespoke learning pathways for all employees and career prospects are outstanding.
