You will be leading and mentoring an experienced team who know their stuff which will give you job satisfaction.Your role will be a mix of team management, workflow, training, coaching and reviewing work for listed clients. The rest of your time will be divided into high level group compliance for A clients and advisory around strategy. You will naturally be growing the client base through your networking and all elements of business development.
