All programmes are designed and developed in consultation with the industry to ensure relevance and currency.About the RoleTo augment our manpower resources in the School, we are looking for a suitably qualified candidate to join us. Reporting to the Associate Director, the incumbent will play a pivotal role in overseeing and directing a comprehensive array of administrative functions ensuring they are executed with the highest level of efficiency and effectiveness to maintain and enhance the seamless operation of the unit.Key Duties & Responsibilities:Strategically plan, coordinate and oversee the logistics of training programs including scheduling, venue arrangements and resource allocation to ensure seamless execution.Lead the integration and operation of enabling technologies and training management systems (L3AP, CMS) to enhance the effectiveness of administering training programs.Ensure course administration complies with NUS policies and requirements and assess and develop CET processes to support effective and efficient rollouts of all CET activities.Manage a team to provide support and enablement to the University's CET training administration, including enrollment, attendance, claims management and learner inquiries.Implement and manage robust mechanisms for collecting surveys and feedback from participants and educators to drive continuous improvement in training operations.Identify and lead the implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and program quality.Collaborate closely with academic staff, program directors and other stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and support for training operations.Build and maintain strong relationships with learners, industry partners, alumni and other stakeholders to support program objectives and enrich the learning experience.Support cross-team projects within the team which may be out of the fundamental scope of this role.Requirements:Academic & Professional CertificationAt least a bachelor's degree in education, training & development or a related discipline.Professional certifications in service management and/or WSH are added advantages.IT savvy and proficient in MS Office applications.Experience & AttributesAt least 5-7 years of working experience in an adult education or IHL setting.A good business acumen in logistic costing and management.Good verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills with a positive work attitude.Excellent coordination and organization skills, with a customer-centric mindset.Strong team player who is meticulous, resourceful, resilient and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
