Job DescriptionThe Department of Social Work at the National University of Singapore is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager, Administration. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of the department's operations, including marketing, event management, budgeting, and donor management. The role will support key departmental functions, such as MSW/Alumni management, and oversee business finance reporting.Key Responsibilities:Department Stakeholders/Partnerships Management:Ensure effective management of all Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) and Student Exchange Participation Agreements (SEPAs).Administer and review all sponsorships, grants, scholarships, and prize awards according to stipulated objectives and plans.Event Management:Lead the planning and execution of 3 to 5 high-quality events annually, including academic-related seminars, within budget and timelines.Oversee and ensure the effectiveness of Learning and Career Guidance (LCG) initiatives in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.Financial and Business Reporting:Ensure accurate and timely submission of quarterly management reports for the department.Oversee financial management, including self-financing programs, marketing initiatives, and faculty management and development.General Administrative Management:Manage all office general administrative support, including facilities, office equipment, and pantry management.Maintain quality assurance for all program offerings within the department.QualificationsA good Bachelor's degreeMore than 8-10 years of work experience in relevant functional areas.Demonstrated ability to be meticulous, systematic, and well-organized.Strong multitasking skills and a pleasant personality with clear-minded thinking.Excellent people management and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.This position offers an opportunity to significantly impact the department's operations and contribute to its goals and objectives.
