Senior Management Accountant

As a Senior Management Accountant within this public sector organisation, you will provide finance and management accounting services, offering proactive advice and support for budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
This role would be supporting a Finance Business Partner and would be a key part in providing strategic advice to the business.Key Responsibilities:Provide expert financial advice and support to our business groups.Develop sound financial plans, conduct thorough analysis, and identify key risks and opportunities.Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and integration across the organization.Develop and deliver effective training materials to all levels of the organization.Provide valuable feedback and insights to senior managers on financial performance, focusing on key drivers.Experience:A proven finance professional with a strong track record of success.Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.Experience as a Management Accountant preferably in the public sector.Currently working towards or holding a CAANZ Chartered Accountant qualification.Demonstrated ability to effectively manage diverse stakeholder interests and achieve positive outcomes.Skills:Accounting, Budgeting, Forecasting, Management AccountingQualifications:CA QualEducation:Bachelor Degree
