Senior Management Accountant

Management Accounting & Budgeting (Accounting)This is an ideal role for an experienced finance professional looking for a contract role that offers a unique blend of strategic initiatives and hands-on financial reporting. Our client is seeking a Senior Management Accountant initially for 6 months to join their Finance team whilst they navigate strategic initiatives alongside their busy annual financial reporting period.As a Senior Management Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Management team, reporting directly to the Director of Finance. Your primary responsibility will be to covering a range of tasks and offering support to senior finance leaders. This includes oversight and review of monthly finance reporting, as well as contributing to year-end related deliverables.Key Responsibilities:Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.Review and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.Support Management and the wider team during the busy annual financial reporting period, including year-end tasks and deliverables.Requirements:Proven experience in a senior finance role, preferably within a complex organizational setting.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.Professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA) is highly desirable.For more information contact Harriet Hrynkewycz on 0220982794 or click APPLY on the link below!Report this job advert Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.#J-18808-Ljbffr
