In this role you will: Demonstrate in-depth transactional level knowledge of the business unit's financial informationSupport and ensure accurate capture of data for reporting, including journal entries as requiredPrepare regular (monthly) and ad-hoc reports that communicate the results of variance analysis, including key drivers of performance variations.Conduct in-depth variance analysis to identify and explain differences between actual and expected performance, providing insight into operational and financial performance.Understand revenue and cost transaction levels for business units and work with business partners to drive improvements.Collaborate with cost centre managers to provide financial expertise and coachingCollaborate closely with cost centre managers at a transaction level, ensuring understanding and answering queriesDeliver driver-based cost centre budgets and forecasts with guidance from Finance Business PartnersIn this role you will bring: Minimum 7 years experience working in a commercial, accounting, finance industry either in the private or public organisations.Management accounting experienceIt would be a great advantage if you had: Experience in using Infor ERP systemsExperience in Infrastructure or Technology industriesWe offer a competitive salary and staff benefits package including: Training and development opportunitiesLife and income protection insurance plansGenerous parental leaveEmployee discounts at a range of large retailersMe pehea te tono mai | How to Apply Come and join our team!
