In this role you will: Demonstrate in-depth transactional level knowledge of the business unit's financial information Support and ensure accurate capture of data for reporting, including journal entries as required Prepare regular (monthly) and ad-hoc reports that communicate the results of variance analysis, including key drivers of performance variations. Conduct in-depth variance analysis to identify and explain differences between actual and expected performance, providing insight into operational and financial performance. Understand revenue and cost transaction levels for business units and work with business partners to drive improvements. Collaborate with cost centre managers to provide financial expertise and coaching Collaborate closely with cost centre managers at a transaction level, ensuring understanding and answering queries Deliver driver-based cost centre budgets and forecasts with guidance from Finance Business Partners In this role you will bring: Minimum 7 years experience working in a commercial, accounting, finance industry either in the private or public organisations.
