Key Responsibilities: Gain Courtroom Experience Commercial Disputes Construction & Infrastructure Multi-Party Actions Professional & Corporate Claims Disciplinary Representation Coroner's Inquiries Health & Medical Law WorkSafe Prosecutions Maritime Law Insurance Alternative Dispute Resolution Qualifications and Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation, with significant court exposure.
Proven ability to manage complex cases independently.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in the areas outlined above is highly desirable.
Admission to the New Zealand Bar and eligibility to practice law in New Zealand.
