Senior Lifeguard

The Gore Multisport Complex is currently recruiting a motivated person with a strong sense of responsibility to join our fantastic team of Senior Lifeguards.
This is a part-time role with a minimum of 21.75 hours per week.
We are looking for someone who has a strong sense of leadership with the ability to mentor, lead, and coordinate the lifeguard team.
You will be responsible for following processes that will complement your flair to troubleshoot any problematic situations within our facility, where no two days are the same.
You will lead by example on the poolside during your shift with your professional, calm, and helpful attitude.
About you:You have a mature outlook and a flexible approach.A reliable team player who enjoys working with people.A champion attitude and an exceptional eye for detail.Some lifeguard experience is desirable, not a must as training will be provided.Commitment to the health and safety of all users and staff.If the above sounds just like you, then we'd love it if you got in touch.
