Senior Legal Secretary

Your role will be that of Family Law legal secretarial work and shall include: Arranging appointments; Drafting Family Court pleadings; File management; Dictation word processing; Legal aid & private invoicing using Action Step; Excel; Outlook; Undertaking FLAS and/or FDR work; Other general duties. We require someone who is able to demonstrate commitment and extremely high levels of competency. The successful candidate will be prepared to manage the day-to-day workload of an experienced practitioner and integrate well with others within the firm. You must be extremely well organized and able to ensure that you can manage clients and the solicitors that you shall work with. A high standard of professionalism and ethics is essential. Experience in secretarial work is essential, and those with Family Law and Legal Aid experience will have a distinct advantage.
