About the Opportunity

As a Senior Legal Executive with a strong focus on commercial transactions and property matters, you will play a pivotal role in providing legal counsel and support to our clients. You will be encouraged to bring your full existing suite of experience to the firm, with the support and mentorship of senior lawyers to expand your practice into more complex files.

This will include, but isn't limited to:
Provide expert legal advice on matters related to commercial transactions, property law, and relevant regulations. Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, such as shareholder and trustee agreements, refinancing agreements, and lease contracts. End-to-end management of commercial and residential conveyancing transactions. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, develop tailored legal strategies, and ensure their objectives are achieved. Conduct thorough legal research to stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends. Desire to absorb a more complex portfolio of commercial transactions, including commercial property acquisitions, subdivisions, relevant Trust documentation, and commercial leasing agreements. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Wider Development

If desired, you will have the opportunity to supervise and mentor junior legal staff, providing guidance and fostering professional growth within the team. Your expertise and strategic guidance will be critical in ensuring our clients' interests are well-represented and their transactions are handled with the utmost professionalism.



About You

As a Senior Legal Executive, you will ideally have 5 + years of experience operating in a fast-paced and client-facing private practice environment with a heavy emphasis on commercial files and a proven track record of handling complex commercial transactions, including commercial property matters, subdivisions, shareholder documentation, refinancing agreements, and commercial leasing.
Alternatively, our client is also open to expressions of interest from candidates with 2+ years of experience with a wider administrative or professional background.

You will have a clear desire to be a part of a friendly, down-to-earth and high-performing team and have a demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
