Job Description
As part of a small and efficient commercial legal team, you'll collaborate with stakeholders on a wide range of matters, including legal advice, contract negotiation, and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders on legal advice, contract negotiation, and strategic decision-making.

Your Skills and Experience:

Experience: Proven track record in private practice or in-house roles.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with FMCG, property, competition, IP, OHS, HR/IR, or IT is advantageous.
Regional Expertise: Experience in New Zealand and/or Asia legal matters is a plus.
Communication: Excellent oral and written skills, adaptable across various audiences.
Relationship Building: Quickly establish credibility with senior management and colleagues.
Autonomy: Work independently while fostering teamwork within the legal team.
Strategic Thinking: Understand the business impact of legal decisions.
Innovation: Proactively solve problems with a forward-thinking mindset.
Professionalism: Uphold integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

Tertiary qualifications in law.
Current Australian or New Zealand practising certificate.
Approximately 7+ years PQE.
