About the role Based in their Newmarket Office, with flexibility to WFH, this full-time opportunity for a Senior Legal Counsel reports to the General Counsel and is assured of top-quality experience. You will use your expertise to hit the ground running and provide accurate and timely legal advice and other transactional and project support to the business teams. Your work will encompass a great mix of BAU and key strategic projects for the group, including key legal issues for specific material transactions and new product development. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with key contractual and regulatory requirements affecting group operations. You will quickly become a key team member as you actively contribute to the legal team's strategic goals and early identification of legal issues relevant to the group.
