At AUT, we are looking for a Senior Learning Designer to join our Aronui Ora programme team.
About the role Based in the Learning and Development team, this role is responsible for designing eLearning for the Aronui Ora programme, which focuses on Te reo, tikanga, and matauranga Maori.
As a Senior Learning Designer, you'll be at the forefront of developing engaging, culturally enriched eLearning content that enhances cultural competence and understanding through AUT's Aronui Ora Programme.
Through a design-led process, you will work alongside the Learning Technologist to create authentic blended learning experiences, bringing evidence-based principles into practice.
Skills and Experience Successful applicants will need to be able to hit the ground running and demonstrate: Experience creating, and working within, systematic learning design processes at scale, including leading and managing multiple projects and associated milestones.
A proven track record of working with subject matter experts to achieve outcomes that meet project needs and align with the wider university directions.
Evidence of an evidence-based approach for provisioning a broad range of learning and teaching support activities.
Sustained experience of working on programme-wide and new course developments within a university.
A commitment to enacting Te Aronui, AUT's Te Tiriti framework and a great fit with our team culture.
