Are you passionate about orchard management and looking for an exciting opportunity to lead and inspire a team? We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Senior Leading Hand to join us.What you'll be doingIn this role, you will assist the Orchard Manager in every aspect of running and maintaining the orchard to produce an export crop of apples. You'll ensure that practices comply with relevant legislation and agreed company procedures while maintaining a high level of health and safety standards.
