Senior Leading Hand - Central Hawke's Bay Are you passionate about orchard management and looking for an exciting opportunity to lead and inspire a team?
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Senior Leading Hand to join us in Central Hawke's Bay.
What you'll be doing In this role, you will assist the Orchard Manager in every aspect of running and maintaining the orchard to produce an export crop of apples.
You'll ensure that practices comply with relevant legislation and agreed company procedures while maintaining high levels of health and safety standards.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal functioning of the orchard and the effective management of orchard employees.
