Attention to detail and an understanding of the impacts of decision-making on stakeholders are essential.An understanding and experience in pastoral care are essential, alongside knowledge of PB4L and Restorative Practices Frameworks. This will assist in your leadership of a pastoral team, leading and overseeing the development of whanau culture and identity, with the ability to respond to tier two and three behaviours.Keen and available to be involved in our local community, you will assist in driving and attending specific community events that further build a positive school culture.
