This is a Full-Time role working Sunday to Thursday 0800 - 1700.In this role you will:Lead, motivate and inspire the kitchen and cafe team to deliver a dining experience that's 'good enough for mum or dad '.Prepare delicious meals from our seasonal menus, rich in variety, flavour and nutrition.Develop menus and create specialty food for fine dining experiences and functions.Manage rosters, support menu development, trial new recipes and cater to different dietary needs.Operate with health and safety as a key consideration at all times.About YouTo thrive in our supportive and rewarding environment you will have:Extensive experience as a Head Chef, leading a team and running a kitchen catering for large groups or functions.Outstanding communication skills with a reliable, approachable and professional manner.Hold a qualification in Cookery or equivalent.At Ryman, we support an environment where everyone feels welcome to be themselves.
