About the role
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing high-value accounts and identifying new business opportunities within the international freight forwarding industry. You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
Key responsibilities
Manage and grow key customer accounts, ensuring alignment with business targets and goals
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your vertical
Negotiate rates and ensure compliance with internal sales processes and CRM systems
Conduct regular reviews with clients, focusing on continuous improvement and operational excellence
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
