The company offers significant opportunities for career advancement and professional development.About the roleAs a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing high-value accounts and identifying new business opportunities within the international freight forwarding industry. You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of tailored solutions that meet customer needs.Key responsibilitiesManage and grow key customer accounts, ensuring alignment with business targets and goalsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within your verticalNegotiate rates and ensure compliance with internal sales processes and CRM systemsConduct regular reviews with clients, focusing on continuous improvement and operational excellenceCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clientsWhat's on offer?The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in international freight forwarding and proven expertise in customer or account management.
