SKILLS & EXPERIENCE • At least 3 years of experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role in a managed service provider (MSP) environment.
• Strong technical skills in areas like Windows Server, Networking, Azure (VMs, virtual networking, WVD, Azure AD, PaaS), Microsoft 365, security tools, and IT support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
• A passion for learning and staying updated on the latest IT trends and technologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
