Based in Auckland CBD an exciting opportunity for a Senior IT Support Consultant role has arisen! Reporting to the IT Manager, this role will see you responsible for providing support and project management of the computing and technology environment within SeaLink. Key Accountabilities include: Oversee the maintenance and administration of critical IT systems and infrastructure. Ensure high availability and performance of systems. Lead and coordinate IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. Manage relationships with key technology vendors and service providers. Ensure service levels are met, and issues are resolved promptly. Conduct regular system audits and implement improvements. Identify and mitigate IT-related risks. Develop and deliver training programs for end-users. Share knowledge both within the team and those working more widely at SeaLink. Requirements 5-10 years' experience in a similar role Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior role Relevant IT Qualifications Strong technical knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure IT Service Desk Experience Application support Excellent problem solving and analytical skills Project Management experience Active Directory administration and/or support System Administration Experience with azure AD (advantageous) SQL (advantageous) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently Ability to travel to sites as necessary About you: Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for project management and delivering exceptional customer service? You will have between 5-10 years' experience and will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy resolving complex technical issues, and have a keen interest in both upskilling others and the delivery of system implementation. About the team: We are a small, dynamic and supportive team of three (inclusive of you) who are passionate about problem-solving, collaboration, technology and providing support to our wider team.
