This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide overall leadership of execution, enhancement, and improvement of the core IT applications, roadmap, and technical landscape. The successful candidate will work closely with business partners to understand their digital needs and develop plans to support their daily, monthly, and annual business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be at the forefront of supporting the technical infrastructure and connectivity of our client's offices globally. You will play a crucial role in monitoring the support and maintenance of the network infrastructure, server infrastructure, cloud data communications, telecommunications, and collaboration technologies. Your ability to manage projects related to the application portfolio using agile methodologies will be key.
Lead the day-to-day IT operations, equipment provisioning, user access management, endpoint managementMonitor, control, and support service delivery; ensuring systems, methodologies and procedures are in place and followedEnsure adequate end-user support to all staff members as per SLA'sLead support actions with on/off boarding operations of employees include access managementSupport Laptops, Desktops, Printers, Cell phones, Desk phones, peripherals, and accessories as well as device imagingUnderstanding of wire/wireless networks and connectivity to end-user devicesKey Requirements:
This role requires supporting technical infrastructure including hardware, software PCs and mobile devices. Your knowledge of Service Level Agreements and Operational Levels Agreements will be crucial in managing relationships with vendor partners.
