What we are doing: To enable our future retail strategy and electrify our customers lives we are partnering with market-leading energy and utilities billing, customer, and sales capabilities from Gentrack and Salesforce to create a simpler, smarter and faster customer business.
The Gentrack and Salesforce solution will be integrated across the wider Genesis ecosystem to deliver the overall integrated solution. This includes numerous integrations to other internal and external systems, simplification of processes and procedures, new operating models, and some market change. In addition to Gentrack and Salesforce, there will be several other technology vendors engaged, along with multiple internal and external 3rd parties.
About the role: To enable successful integration into Genesis, we are seeking a highly experienced and Senior Integration Project Manager to lead a significant area of the programme, joining a high-performing delivery team.
You will lead the delivery of integration workstreams and track all internal and 3rd party integration related dependencies for the Programme. You will manage four integration workstreams including Planning, Design, Porting/Development, Unit Testing and Integration Testing of the integrations which are to pass through the GEL Integration Middleware (AIS) and MuleSoft, existing bill generation integrations, and existing Marketing Automation 3rd Party service.
About you: You will have Programme Management (multi-workstream management) experience, significant middleware and integration experience, with a comfort managing a range of internal stakeholders and 3rd party companies. Strong commercial and relationship management skills is also essential.
