TheOpportunity We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior InstructionalDesigner to develop and implement new learning frameworks and make asignificant impact on the learning journey of Gallagher Security's partners andcustomers. Working in the TrainingSolutions team as part of the Security Solution Delivery, you'll be applyingdesign theories and methods to create compelling learning activities and coursecontent. You'll be conductinginstructional research, developing assessment instruments, and maintainingproject documentation for effective course development.
Working closely with Gallagher's global Security team,you'll also play a key role in guiding and supporting the development ofGallagher Security's training platforms.
The Fit To be successful in this role, you'll have provenexperience as an Instructional Designer, or you could be coming from a Learning& Development role. Either way, you'llhave a strong understanding of Instructional Design/Learning Design principlesand will be able to demonstrate your skills with an impressive portfolio ofarticles or instructional materials. Yourcollaborative approach will allow you to easily engage with subject matterexperts to understand and analyse learning needs, as well as work with cross-functionalteams to enable end to end delivery for training solutions. In addition, you'll also have:
Atertiary qualification in a relevant field (preferred).The ability to apply instructional design principles andconcepts to develop and implement learning frameworks.Hands-onexperience with Learning Management Systems.Hands-onexperience with content creations tools, such as Articulate 360 or similar.Exceptionalwriting and editing skills.Strongtime-management skills, with the ability to work autonomously.Familiaritywith Agile ways of working principles.Theability to strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders through maintaining ahigh degree of trust and integrity.Theability to promote and influence learning best principles and learningframeworks with learning solution creators.WhyGallagher?
