About the role:
As a key member of our team reporting to the Plant Operations Manager, you'll thrive in a collaborative dynamic environment focused on delivering outstanding results. This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities, from developing the continuous improvement culture in a high-volume manufacturing environment to contributing to the long-term Plant and site-wide continuous improvement objectives that will move the operation forward. You'll be part of a supportive, team-based culture where innovative thinking is encouraged, and you'll have the chance to work alongside experts from various disciplines as well the opportunity to collaborate with others on site-wide initiatives. Your journey with us will be filled with continuous learning and professional growth, gaining exposure to elements across the product supply network.
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
A positive mindset and a clear passion for continuous improvement.
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
5+ years of experience applying Continuous Improvement elements.
A tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.
A clear understanding of FPH operations and its goals and objectives.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Project management skills and a track record of delivering positive outcomes.
