This business attributes its ongoing success to the caliber of people in the team and the broad nature of roles that are highly collaborative within this success-driven culture.About your new roleReporting to the Solutions Delivery Manager, the Senior ICT Engineer will provide technical expertise and guidance across the project delivery team as well act as an escalation point for technical issues encountered by customers.Some of the key tasks aligned to this role will include:Engage with Project Managers and other technical staff to develop bespoke solutions in project delivery.Build and maintain effective working relationships with the customer throughout the project delivery cycle.Develop detailed documentation on Systems, policies and processes.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff members.About YouThe successful candidate for this position will view themselves as a true 'techie' and IT generalist with a passion for new technologies and how they can improve the lives of your customers.Other key attributes you will possess include:Skills and expertise with MS Azure including infrastructure and SDWAN.Advanced skills with LAN, wireless LAN & Network Access Control as well as physical servers & UPS equipment.Proficiency with the entire Microsoft 365.Hands-on experience with Fortinet as well as a knowledge of Cisco products.Ideally, you have gained this experience within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or other IT company.Interpersonally, you are a strong communicator who enjoys working on delivering projects and helping your customers meet their objectives.
