You will need to be able to demonstrate that you have: At least three years previous experience working as a Senior Human Resources Analyst Previous experience using HR systems and BI tools Strong relationship builder Strong understanding of HR systems Strong knowledge of REM and benefits Previous experience in mentorship At least intermediate level skills in the Microsoft Office Suite This is a permanent position.
