At its core, this roleis a key face of the PPC team, provides operational support to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery of HR processes and procedures as well as supporting programmatic work across PPC.In a nutshell, you'll be responsible for:Supporting the PPC onboarding and offboarding processesOwning operational PPC communicationsEmployee culture surveysWorking with HR Data (incl. reporting, analysis, dashboard, etc)Operationally supporting HR projects (eg. performance and remuneration Reviews)System maintenance (incl. HRIS, LMS, Survey tools)This is a full-time position for 12 months, for the right candidate, we are open to reduced or flexible hours within our hybrid work environment.About youSolid Experience in a busy and varied Operational HR role, preferably gained within the technology or a similar fast-paced sectorExperience with HR Data and insights creation (Power BI exposure would be a real bonus!)Experience supporting HR projects and continuous HR improvement initiativesExperience in maintaining and creation of HR policiesKnowledge of basic employment and privacy lawAttention to detail (this is essential in working with our data)Technology savvy with strong experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and FormsHR Systems experience ((incl.
