Senior Hr Executive (Allied Health Recruitment) @ One North / Up $4500

Duration: 6 months subject to Extendable/ConvertibleWorking Location: One North (Walking distance from MRT)Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 08.30am – 5.30pm (Friday)Job ResponsibilitiesLeverage on the various recruitment channels to source and hire quality candidates to meet the manpower needs of the current and new polyclinics.Work with HR Shared Services on the end-to-end on/off-boarding process for new hires and resignees.Provide HR Admin support as follows:Work with Uniform vendor to raise access for new hires and ensure uniform allocation is reflected correctly for the new hires.Process the monthly allowance disbursement for students who are on a pre-service sponsorship programme.Arrange pre-employment medical examination for interns as well as to process interns' monthly allowance.Timely submission of funding claims to MOH.Maintain and update training records for all existing employees.Ensure vaccination records are updated in the MOH system on a quarterly basis for MOH audits.Co-ordinate logistics for monthly HOD meetings and Employees' engagement sessions.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, preferably in human resource.At least 1-2 years of relevant HR working experience.
