We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join our positive and proactive People and Culture Team. The focus of the role will be to support leaders across Napier Port to deliver best practice HR processes in a company that has people and culture at its core.Key Responsibilities:Work with engaged UnionsPartner with business leaders to drive consistent performanceCreate a plan and follow it throughQualifications:3+ years' experience in an HR Generalist roleA relevant qualification is an advantageMust have current eligibility to work in NZ.
