Job DescriptionAbout the Role
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal operational role aligning HR strategy with overarching business objectives, collaborating closely with C&C and COE teams across ANZ.
This role is responsible for, but not limited to:
Effective business partnering with leaders within the Marketing, R&D, and NZ Sales departments across Australia and New Zealand.Building and maintaining strong relationships with leaders in order to effectively influence and co-create people solutions.Partnering with the COE teams to enhance capability and performance through cyclical people activities including annual talent reviews, merit reviews, and performance reviews.Partnering with the Rewards team to manage people budgets within allocated departments.Leading the Employee Relations agenda within your population, including oversight of all grievances, performance improvements, or change management.Leading and participating in initiatives to enhance and improve the employee experience.Managing the growth and development of one Senior HR Advisor.About You
5+ years of experience in a similar role.Experience working in FMCG and global companies.Eligibility to work in New Zealand.Benefits Program
