About the role:
The role will encompass all aspects of a Senior Generalist HR role, including interpreting and applying robust employment relations knowledge and skills through exceptional guidance and support.
Developing our manager and leadership capability, through coaching and training frameworks and methodology, to enable them to apply best practice people management policies and processes, is a high priority as we grow together.
This role is pivotal as the conduit between front line and enabling functions; therefore, the ability to contribute to and influence the implementation of HR strategies and objectives that align with the organisations' strategic and operational goals will be a focus.
Travel around sites will be required.
About you:
Ideally, you will be tertiary qualified and tech-savvy, as we adopt new systems, processes, and ways of working, which include leveraging technology and tools, as we are multi-site. Culture is important to us, and we will rely on your support to help us continuously grow and shape our organisational culture, enabling us to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
A solid understanding of working in a partnership model is important, as the ability to build and sustain relationships will be pivotal, primarily built on trust and credibility of the individual and the HR function.
