Our new ideal teammate will have up-to-date strong knowledge of employment legislation, confidence running disciplinary processes and be able to hit the ground running and deliver on transactional support to the business.
Reporting to the Employee Experience Manager, your strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and interpersonal/influencing skills are key to getting the job done. You'll have previous experience building relationships across the business, be able to work autonomously, and seek opportunities to innovate and continually improve the employee experience.
Providing advice is in your nature, so you'll be motivated and passionate about human resources and enjoy supporting managers and employees across the business.

Responsibilities: Day-to-day support to LIC's people managers and employees, advising on employment legislation, compliance, and policies.Assisting managers with onboarding of candidates, specifically generating employment documentation.Collaborating and partnering with the P&P Managers by assisting and advising on employment relation issues and performance management concerns, including facilitating performance management processes.Working alongside the Employee Experience Manager to design and deliver better employee experiences. This will include improving our current range of people products and services, as well as implementing new initiatives that add value by increasing employee engagement.About Us We all have our improvement stories to tell.
