Senior Hr Advisor

A 6-month temp contract providing generalist HR support for this well-known organisation.Your new companyOur client is a division of a well-known organisation in the construction industry and they are looking for a proactive Senior HR Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis.Your new roleReporting to the HR Manager, you'll work as part of a small NZ team supporting all HR matters across the portfolio.
Responsibilities will include:Providing strategic HR/ER adviceAssisting with the coaching and development to drive performance and engagementImplementing policies and proceduresHR data managementSupporting the HR team where neededWhat you'll need to succeedYou'll be an experienced HR Generalist, having worked within a multi-faceted operational organisation.
You'll have a working knowledge of NZ HR legislation and be confident in providing high-quality advice across all HR matters.You'll enjoy a role where you are working with a variety of teams and stakeholders, building strong relationships in a hands-on role.
You'll bring energy to your role and be comfortable in managing a busy workload, prioritising demands and managing expectations.This role has an immediate start and requires someone able to commit to a 6-month temporary contract.
