We are looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join our people team in Christchurch, Wellington or Auckland. This is an 18 month fixed-term contract.
The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and enhancing our performance culture and partnering with leadership teams to achieve business objectives.
The Opportunity: Partner with one of our high performing business units in achieving its objectives.
Build management capability to address and resolve people-related issues.
Support in the development and implementation of HR business initiatives.
About you: Relevant tertiary qualification in human resource management, or related discipline.
5+ years HR advisory experience in engineering, construction or professional/financial services.
Demonstrated experience in employment relations, change and performance management and organisational development.
Detailed knowledge of current NZ employment law and HR practices.
