This role is predominantly clinical, working to provide care for children, young people and whanau within the inter-disciplinary team setting. The Senior Hospital Play Specialist works as a support for Core Hospital Play Specialists in collaboration with the Hospital Play Specialist Senior Leadership Team (Team Leader, ECE Lead, Clinical Coach).The Senior HPS will hold a designated portfolio of responsibility and support clinical education and quality improvement initiatives relevant to their area of practice and/or designated area of responsibility.
