This is achallenging role, and you will be responsible for Maximizingsales opportunities by implementing customer-focused pricing and productselection strategies tailored to our diverse community. Securingoptimal pricing and sourcing all stock from approved suppliers to maximizeprofitability. Optimizinginventory levels to enhance buying and replenishment efficiency. Cultivatingand nurturing strong relationships with suppliers and sales representatives. Mentoringand developing team members with buying responsibilities to enhance overallperformance. Ensuringthe store fulfils its overall commitments to key customer pricing objectives(timing contingent on the successful candidate's skills and experience). Leveragingyour expertise to actively contribute to the overall performance and expansionof the store. Eligibility towork in New Zealand is essential. While the coredays of work will be Monday to Friday the exact hours of work will be discussedat the interview stage.
