Are you hungry, motivated and love being able to manage the entire creative process... From creative ideation to execution and then analysis?We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead and champion the Farm Source brand across all internal and external touch points and communications.Working as a part of a talented and passionate team, you will be involved in all phases of work, including concept exploration, design development, and rollout.
You will also play a mentoring and leadership role within the team.About you | Moe koeYou'll come from a strong background in graphic design (including print and digital), ideally within an agency design or marketing production role, with exposure to established brands.
You'll have demonstrated leadership experience and will have exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.You'll be proficient with Adobe Suite, as well as having strong technical skills, with a focus on the delivery of advertising campaigns across both traditional and digital channels.Other Key Attributes and Skills Include:6 years minimum experience working in multimedia, digital design, graphic design, visual and creative design or relevant other environments in a design agency or in-house design team.Experience in working with established brands across multi-faceted advertising campaigns and delivering the requirements of a creative brief.Experience working in retail design and/or visual merchandising.Planning and organisational skills, ability to manage multiple projects across diverse areas of the business.Experience in videography/photography (and associated editing) would be advantageous.Strong production and prepress experience.Knowledge/understanding of HTML5, CSS.This role is suited to a collaborative and creative professional, with a keen eye for design details who is looking to join a national marketing team.
