Lead delivery of partnership marketing go-to-markets plans and assets required to launch and scale new and existing B2B partners for LES MILLS+.Competitive salary, flexibility and benefits including free gym membership.About The Role:This is a key role to drive the strategic development and delivery of growth marketing activities to drive cost-effective growth for LES MILLS+ and other consumer products via D2C and B2B channels.This role leads our paid media strategy, promotional and pricing approach, and media measurement activity for D2C customers while also playing an important role in supporting nurture, activation, and optimization of new B2B partners to on-sell LES MILLS+ to their member bases.The Senior Global Growth Marketing Manager will lead delivery of our growth strategy with support from our wider global marketing team and key agency partners while nurturing the career development of their direct reports and ensuring delivery of key initiatives via the cross-functional LES MILLS+ squad.You will ideally need experience in the following:8+ years marketing experience across paid, non-paid, D2C, B2B, and partnership marketing.Ability to work autonomously, multi-task, handle pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment without need for direction or oversight.Experience leading relationships with creative teams, digital teams, and media agencies.Experience collaborating with digital and commercial teams.Experience driving delivery of marketing campaigns, with keen attention to detail, that are part of a multi-channel marketing strategy, across multiple teams and organizations.Understanding of business and media performance metrics (e.g., CPM, CPA, CPC, LTV, COAC).Strong numeracy skills to interpret data and glean actionable insights to impact marketing performance and to acquire users more efficiently.About Les Mills International:At Les Mills, unlocking and amplifying that inner drive to achieve our goals is something we're not shy to say we're great at.
