The Role:
We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Fundraiser with a flair for building relationships and securing funding to sustain and grow our impactful programmes. This role also includes a key focus on recruitment for our community and employer partnerships, as we continue to expand our services.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute fundraising strategies to secure grants, sponsorships, and donations.
Research and identify new funding opportunities with government agencies, businesses, and philanthropic organizations.
Cultivate and manage relationships with donors, sponsors, and key stakeholders.
Create compelling proposals, applications, and reports for funding bodies.
Lead recruitment efforts to attract and onboard dedicated volunteers and facilitators for our programmes.
Collaborate with the team to align fundraising and recruitment strategies with organisational goals.
About You:
You are a self-motivated professional with a proven track record in fundraising and recruitment. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about making a difference in the community. You possess excellent communication skills and can effectively engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:
3+ years of experience in fundraising, sales, or business development.
Proven success in securing grants, sponsorships, or philanthropic funding.
Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
Experience in recruitment or volunteer coordination is highly desirable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
