This is a challenging and rewarding role to grow your existing analysis, design, communication and diplomatic abilities. You'll be comfortable in front of clients at all levels as you'll be leading workshops, eliciting requirements, crafting solutions and articulating Workday concepts.Our offices are based in Wellington, Auckland, Christchurch, Dunedin, Hamilton, Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne and Sydney. We therefore leave it to you and the team you join to figure out what works best!What you'll doAt the moment, as a Workday - Senior Functional Consultant, you will be across multiple projects with high profile clients.You will lead Workday HCM workstreams for multiple clients, from requirements gathering, design, configuration and support activities. You will then lead testing activities, knowledge transfer sessions and user training.The successful candidate for this role will be seen as an expert in their field and will have demonstrated experience and success in a similar, client facing role.Additionally, we're looking for the following -Strong Workday technical knowledge and configuration skillsWorkday HCM Core CertifiedKnowledge and certification of any other modulesAbility to build Reports and Dashboards, including Calculated Fields in WorkdayPrevious implementation project experienceExcellent understanding of HR business projects, ideally with exposure to an international environmentOutstanding stakeholder management and communication skillsWhy join us here at Datacom?Datacom is one of Australia and New Zealand's largest suppliers of Information Technology professional services.
