You are an experienced business analyst who is able to distil manual and complex customer processes into elegant and efficient solutions.
Ideally, you have a proven track record analysing customer requirements and providing customers with best-practice advice for Microsoft D365 CE.
The Role This is a key role that elicits and documents requirements and applies expert solution knowledge to achieve excellent results for our customers.
Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering: Elicit and document business requirements from stakeholders to ensure a clear and concise understanding of what the business needs; Conducting workshops: organize and facilitate workshops, create pre-workshop questionnaires and agendas; Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in business processes and recommend changes to optimise performance, productivity and cost savings.
Solution Design: Collaborate with Professional Services teams to design and develop solutions that meet business requirements.
This includes creating use cases, user stories and detailed specifications.
Documentation: Provide high-quality documentation that includes functional requirements, process visualisations and statement of work.
Skills & experience We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who takes pride in the outstanding quality of their work.
Along with this, you are Analytical and have strong problem-solving abilities Experience with D365 Customer Experience (Dynamics CRM) platform will be advantageous Able to understand and work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors Able to work autonomously and exercise judgment in selecting methods and adapting complex techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results Creative out of the box thinker Eager to learn and never stop improving your own skills Expert in documentation and process mapping Able to translate data into meaningful business insight Prone to take the initiative and be pro-active We expect 8+ years of relevant experience for this role, but if you feel ready for the challenge, we'd love to hear from you.
