MCS Group is proud to be exclusively working with a leading food manufacturing company in County Tyrone, to recruit a Senior Food Safety & Quality Manager.As a Senior Food Safety & Quality Manager, you will work closely with the technical manager to ensure all site technical requirements are met, interact with the technical and operations teams to drive standards and customer expectations.You will:Design, implement, maintain, and continuously improve the HACCP-based Quality Management System.Co-ordinate and manage the HACCP team and activities.Support the NPD function to aid new product/process development.Monitor factory cleaning and housekeeping to ensure hygiene standards.Manage daily quality reports.Take all reasonable measures to ensure the health and safety of all persons working under your control.Essential Requirements:Experience as a QA Manager.Experience in managing and delivering KPI improvement.Leadership skills.Desirable:Previous experience in food manufacturing.Possess an advanced diploma in Applied HACCP Principles.What's in it for you?Salary £42,000 - £47,000 (DOE).Early Finish Friday.Pension Scheme.Subsidised Canteen.Enhanced Holidays & Holiday Purchase Scheme.Staff Discount.Career development path.To speak in absolute confidence about this opportunity, please send an up-to-date CV via the link provided or contact Amy Wallace, Specialist Consultant at MCS Group.
